    I am a lil bit confused, it said that miso paste is needed on the ingredients list but you were holding a soybean paste?

    I bet you could use a tea bag or a chess cloth for the anchovies instead of fishing them out, might save some time 😇

    Um.. Here's a more effecient solution for you anchovies even though you didn't ask for it hehe.
    You could use those little tea infusers to put all your anchovies in so that you won't have to 'chopstick' them out one by one. All of it will come out at once with the infuser.
