I am 56 years old, I am healthy and I am willing to learn anything that would allow me to help. I would love to go to Haiti and be of service in any way that I can. I am unemployed and I am in school at the University of Phoenix online. Majoring in Psychology, I have the ability to connect with people immediately and I believe I could be a positive, loving sould who wants to help in any possible way. I have no money, nothing to offer but myself. I don't speak a foreign language but believe I could learn the basics with a little help.

I am offering my services as a virtual assistant: word processing, correspondence, Internet research, translation of documents (using Google Translate, plus my experience in deciphering meanings based on context to compensate for Google Translate inability to do so).

I also will consider traveling to Haiti to help with office administration if the organization and I are a good fit. I'm currently studying Haitian Creole.

I have 2 children in school and constant access to the internet/SMS network. I run my charity http://www.AVIF.org.uk entirely online so if I can help online I'll be happy to. If you can get me to Haiti with my teenage children we'll all help as it will do them as much good as the Haitians and they're just as useful as I could be for the Haitian children. I am very independent, can look after myself and them regarding security, I'm not fearless but I can cope with a lot.
